We advise our Clients carrying out construction projects during administrative proceedings connected with the commencement, continuation and completion of construction work and we represent them before authorities issuing the required decisions. We represent entrepreneurs in negotiations with road administrators, utility network owners and owners of neighbouring properties. We draw up and negotiate agreements required in the course of a construction project, including those based on FIDIC Red Book. We deal with all kinds of issues arising from environmental laws.
