Real Estate Law

We specialise in conducting analyses of the legal status of real estates before their acquisition including the legality of the first acquisition by the State Treasury after 1945 (particularly important in the so-called “Western Territories” of Poland). We provide advisory services in the process of establishing the structure of a transaction and recommend the best forms of securing payments. We also draw up and supply expert opinions on contracts for the transfer of ownership (perpetual usufruct) of a real estate and represent our Clients before land and mortgage register courts. Our lawyers have a broad experience in the regulation of real estates’ legal status, including the so-called “enfranchisement” of former state-owned enterprises. We draw up and provide expert opinions on rent and tenancy agreements, property lease agreements and joint ventures regarding real estates.
