Under such projects, we have frequently represented our Clients in relations with local and central authorities, negotiating investment support and state aid as well as issues connected with the commencement of business activities in special economic zones. We provide advisory services with regard to various forms of company takeovers and conduct legal due diligence on enterprises before their acquisition.
