Magdalena Walenczak

Magdalena Walenczak earned the title of an attorney at law in 2007, when she passed the exam, with honours, before the Council of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw. Prior to that, she graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, where she had studied from 1995 to 2000.

Magdalena Walenczak is an expert in labour law. She specialises both in providing day-to-day advisory services for HR departments in large international companies and in drawing up vital documents relating to human resources management such as collective labour agreements, internal work regulations and compensation regulations. She provides expert opinions on commercial contracts and business cooperation agreements between enterprises. Her interests lie also in the areas of copyright law and personal data protection.

Magdalena Walenczak has been providing legal services for business since 2000 – originally as an in-house lawyer in large enterprises, and later as an external advisor. Since March 2003, she has been working for Wiewiórski Law Firm, at first as a trainee attorney at law and now as a professional attorney at law. She assists Clients from such sectors as the production of household appliances, publishing sector, the provision of financial services and transportation of hazardous materials as well as the construction and development industry.
