Agnieszka Woldan-Waleczek was entered in the list of attorneys at law maintained by the Council of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw in 2005, having completed postgraduate legal training as a judge in the District Court in Wroclaw and passed the examination for a judge. She earned a master’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wroclaw in 2002.
Agnieszka Woldan-Waleczek has been providing legal advisory services since 2002. Her areas of expertise include business and commercial law. Agnieszka has advised a number of foreign investors both at the beginning of their investment projects and at later stages of their business activities in Poland. She has participated in setting up many new businesses as well as in capital transformations of existing enterprises. She also specialises in civil law, both its substantive and procedural aspects.
In 2005, she joined Wiewiórski Law Firm, where she advises industrial companies from the machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding and extractive sectors as well as enterprises operating in the sectors of household appliances, food processing, construction materials production and financial services provision. Agnieszka Woldan-Waleczek also supplies services to developers.
Agnieszka Woldan-Waleczek is fluent in English and has a good command of Italian.
