Marcin Wojtasik – attorney at law, partner

Marcin Wojtasik has been a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw since 2004, when he completed his postgraduate training for an attorney at law, passing the examination with honours. In 1994-1999, he studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wroclaw, where – upon graduation – he lectured administrative law.

With an impressive experience in property law, Marcin Wojtasik has provided advice in many property acquisition transactions and published a number of articles on legal aspects of property transactions. He has frequently represented clients before court in civil cases and mediations as well as in administrative proceedings relating to such areas as construction and zoning law. His interests lie also in the areas of intellectual property law: copyright, industrial property law (in particular provisions on patents and trademarks), and legal aspects of personal rights protection.

Marcin Wojtasik has been providing business legal services since 2000, and joined Wiewiórski Law Firm in 2004. Marcin has worked for various clients from such industry sectors as household appliances, automotive, financial, construction and development industry, wholesale and retail trade, financial and transportation sector. He mainly deals with contracts and represents clients’ interests in litigations. He has a wide experience in construction projects, including those based on FIDIC Red Book.

In 2002, Marcin Wojtasik earned a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Wroclaw. Currently, he is completing his doctoral thesis on selected legal aspects of media and the internet.

Marcin Wojtasik is fluent in English and speaks German.
