Marek Maciej Wiewiórski – attorney at law, managing partner

Marek Maciej Wiewiórski has been a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw since 2000, when he passed the examination for an attorney at law with honours. He earned his master's degree in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wroclaw in 1997.

Marek Wiewiórski has been providing business legal services since 1997. He is an expert in corporate law and corporate governance, legal aspects of the financing of commercial companies and corporate restructuring. He also specialises in labour law, particularly in employment and working time optimisation, collective redundancies and co-operation with trade unions. Marek Maciej Wiewiórski has provided advice to many national and foreign companies including the largest multinationals. He has rendered legal services to clients from such sectors as automotive industry, IT sector, production of household appliances, extractive and chemical industry, machinery manufacturing industry, food processing and construction materials production. Marek has supervised and managed a number of complex projects such as corporate restructuring projects, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions. In the advisory role, he has supported foreign green field investment projects. He also has substantial experience in representing parties in civil litigation, including international arbitration.

A registered mediator, Marek Wiewiórski is often involved in negotiations and amicable dispute resolution. Recently, he has managed a number of projects related to state aid.
